BILLIE SHAW is a sarcastic, chain-smoking, alcoholic process server who would rather run someone down with her car than have to chase after them on foot. But, she is the one who gets called to court when she serves a subpoena on small-time criminal ADAM LESSER.At twenty-four, Billie is burned out and bone-weary. She works for a Private Investigator, DAVE CALDWELL, serving subpoenas and taking photos of cheating spouses. Dave and his wife, LUCY, are the closest thing she has to family. Billie runs into DEREK HINES, an old childhood friend, at a self-defense class sponsored by local police. She also makes some new friends: CANDY, LORA, GABBY, SAMI, and JADE.Soon after, she learns that Derek has murdered at least three innocent women. But, since he's a cop, he's veritably "untouchable". She turns to her new friends for help, and they decide their only option is to kill him. When one lady says she will do it "with glee", the new Southern Ladies' Glee Club is formed.Things begin to heat up between Billie and Adam, and so do the ladies' schemes to take down a dangerous killer as they carry out their own unique brand of justice.
