He suggests that humility, serving others and unconditional love produce prosperous companies and organizations. Almost miraculously, people live up to the high expectations we have of them. As audiobook aficionados know, author readings can be anything from very professional sounding to disappointingly amateurish. This one is definitely closer to the latter.
